May i know this exactly this plant name and how to take care to this?

I think it's a plant from the sedum family. They are succulents - like cacti.

Possibly 'String of Buttons' Crassula perforata. It will need to be kept dryish and frost free through the Winter. In a sunny position to keep good colour.
