cucumber and red pepper relish/chutney
Does anyone have a recipe for the above as obviously once my peppers turn red I would love to make a relish/chutney out of them as I am keen a cook.

Unfortunately, for the chutney lovers, my husband freezes all HIS peppers for adding to casseroles etc.
