I have a Moth Orchid which has formed a new plant, instead of a new flower stem at the junction were I shortened it after flowering.
Can you please advise what to do next. The new plant already has a flower stem growing. I have added a picture

Aren't you lucky! You can cut it off carefully, and pot it up in orchid compost - it's available in Garden Centres.

Be sure and get the medium or coarse orchid compost: the fine is for terrestrial orchids, such as Cymbidiums.
