I'm using the beans from this years kidney beans to store for next year,what's the best way to store them?

Then store somewhere cool and dry and where the mice can't get at them.

Make sure they are really dry before popping into a paper envelope for storing, I usually lay mine out on newspaper in the sunshine (when we get any!)
