What is the best time of the year to scarify a lawn, is it autumn or spring.

autumn is the optimum time, so by the end of this or next week really.

I scarified my lawn before feeding it, but because there was a moss killer in the autumn treatment I needed to scarify it twice as the moss in teh shady part of teh garden went black and looked awful!

I do mine in Spring and Autumn, prior ro weed/feed.
