I purchased about 40 perennial plants that came as small plugs in the post at beginning of September. I have planted these into 3 inch pots and they are nice healthy looking plants. Should I plant them out now or keep them inside till spring? I dont have a greenhouse.

if they are fully hardy plants then they could go into their final places now or into a spare bit of garden ntil the spring. They would be better in the ground as small pots will freeze and that runs the risk of root damage.
