Hi GoY friends i have planted two apple trees and a peach tree about six months ago.Do i need to protect them against the frost and winter?:))))))

no i dont think so. as long as they are well planted. did you stake them to prevent wind rock?

At the most, I would wrap the trunks with burlap. Probably not needed, but just in case of another Arctic freeze this winter! Seaburngirl's recommendation is more important.

We live in Denmark and our peach tree survived 3 months of snow and -23c for several days, first frost arrived in Oct last year and the snow finally cleared in April this year (don't need that again!), the peach did fine, but we did suffer with peach leaf curl because it was so wet when spring finally arrived.
