I HAVE 2 VERY WEIRD LOOKING TUBERS GROWING FROM A HONEYSUCKLE - ABOUT THE SIZE OF KIWI FRUIT. IS THIS NORMAL?

Looks more like an Akebia fruit to me. Indeed the leaves look like Akebia too so not a Honeysuckle at all.

I never looked at the leaves. It does look like an Akebia fruit when you come to think of it.

Definitely not. Looks like there is some sort of Gall wasp insect at work here.
