Assuming you mean what plants, for bees, lavender, comfrey, flowering Salvias, Monarda, Verbena bonariensis and hastata, and for butterflies, there's now a small version of Buddleia davidii called Buddleia Buzz - gets about 3 feet, plant it in a sunny spot, butterflies absolutely love it. Red Admiral butterflies do like Sedum Autumn Joy if its in a sunny spot...
