My lavatera has really healthy foliage but hasn't flowered for years? I do prune it back annually but to no avail. Any suggestions s or should I just bin it?

when do you prune it? In the past when I had one I cut it down low in March and it flowered by june/july. I never fed it either. So if you are feeding it perhaps stop and give it one more year. tell it flower next year or you are coming out. often works [wisteria are you listening!!?]
