When do I cut down Buddleja Buzz the flowers are turning brown

Answers
Just cut the dead flowerheads off to prevent it setting seed (if it does - the 'Blue Chip Lo and BeholdTM Series apparently don't set seed, I don't know if 'Buzz' is the same) then prune hard in early spring.
