My sister is on her holibobs in Turkey and took this photo. It looks like a geranium but the leaves look different. Can anyone I.D this for me?

It's a Geranium (Pelargonium), but the leaves are showing medium bad iron deficiency--common in areas with alkaline soil and water, like Turkey..and where I live! :)
