They needed feeding last year - feed while the leaves are present but the flowers have faded (if you have any flowers at all), stop when they leaves die back. You can use something like Miracle Gro General Purpose, mixed up and watered on once a week. That should mean you get flowers next year, on the daffodils at least....

I agree they need a good feed. the weather was very hot last year and they may have been too dry to get nutrients and water in sufficient quantities to allow them to form buds. lack of water wont be a problem this year though!

Feed them a high potash feed. Make sure to let foliage die back too. Give them plenty of sunshine and they should do well.
