Although this Celosia is often sold among the houseplants, it is like other Celosias in needing very bright sun and regular feeding to bring on repeat bloom. Unless you have a very sunny bay window, or conservatory, it will be best to consider it a living bouquet, to be thrown away when it fades. Even under good conditions, it is an annual, and will fizzle out after a few months. In my experience, all Celosias need fairly frequent watering--I would check it daily until you get an idea of its rhythms. Good luck!
