I have campanula poscharskyana
in my garden when l moved hear l wanted to remove it from my garden the only problem l have it produced tiny shoots every year and produced a new plant every year is there any way to remove it

if the none chemical methods fail you could resort to Glyphosate type weed-killers like round up.

If you remove every shoot as you see it eventually it will have to give up. If you can cover the area to exclude all light that would finish it off eventually too. I have just given a boxful way this afternoon so understand your problem!
