Please can someone tell me what's eating my vegetable plants?

The first pic looks like leafminor just pick off the affected leaves and remove any plants heavily affected - you can spray them but if its food you may not want to? so try hanging yellow sticky traps, also encourage insectivorous birds by with bird boxes and feeders, keep weeds down as groundsel and sowthistle can act as hosts. 2nd pic someone else may know more?

2nd pix. probably cabbage white butterfly caterpillars either pick them off by hand, checking the underside of the leaf of spray with vegetable soap or environmentally friendly washing up liquid like Ecover.

Thank you both! I thought it was cabbage white butterfly, but hadn't identified the leafminor. However, if I were to pick off the affected leaves, I'd have very little left!

Sadly the leaves affected with leaf miner wont be edible in any case.
