My Matthiola Incana 'Pillow Talk' is in a pot waiting to be planted. The lower leaves have turned very yellow and are starting to fall off. I've tried and failed to upload a photo. Any ideas about what is wrong?

Thankyou SBG. I shall plant it when i can decide where to do so. Yes it has been in a pot for quite a few weeks now.

probably the oldest ones dying because it is still in a pot. either repot it into fresh compost/or give it a good foliar feed and get it the ground as soon as you can.
some of my 10wk stocks do this when left in the pots too long.
