There are a variety of different specimens available. Many are slow growing and you trim off the top.

Bear in mind that the ones classed as dwarf grow very slowly so you'll probably have to pay a lot to buy one 6 feet tall.. There are several nurseries that specialise in them - have a look on the web. Otherwise its a matter of keeping them clipped.
