It could be 'Lipstick' but there are a few with this hot pink colouring.

Likeliest one looks like Salvia x jamensis 'Blaze'.

. . or Salvia 'cerro potosi' - lovely deep pink. You can cut it hard back in the Spring, and it will grow bushier.
