It could be lack of minerals reducing the chlorophyll content of the plant. give them some epsom salts and see if they get any greener.

Mine frequently get some yellowish leaves during flowering, but not before. Maybe it would help to know what kind it is: the foliage on some of the selectable double strains can turn yellowish in cold, wet weather.
