growing sweet peppers
why are the flower buds dropping off of my plants?, I have them in a low plastic covered frame which I open every day and are watered daily

Have you noticed insects in your garden,cause it sounds like they are not getting pollinated. I have used a small soft child's paint brush for hand pollinating before. You could also try just tapping or shaking the plant lightly. A additive of 1 teaspoon epsom salts in one gallon of water sprayed on helps also.
