Yes, better, and it still looks like Crassula ovata, which is actually a houseplant and should have dark green leaves (when indoors). Has it always been outdoors, even in very cold winters? Because if it has, it can't be what I think it is...

That's exactly what it looks like to me, too. I have one growing indoors at the moment but, as Bamboo says, it is a darker green.

It was on my bosses porch which is open, I've now got it on my decking.

In that case, if you want to ensure it survives, you'll need to give it some protection in winter - greenhouse, porch, whatever.
