spathiphyllum vivaldi

i have a spathiphyllum vivaldi householod plant and it has these little tiny white bugs in the soil but i have changed the soil so many times but they just keep coming back do you know what i should do?

Just a suggestion submerge the entire pot in warm water for twenty minutes whatevers in the soil will soon surface.This will rid you of the mites and give your plant a good bath which its roots will appreciate immensely.
