Hebe cuttings are very easy with most forms. Take tip cuttings in October or November, 4 in. if a a larger cultivar, 2 or 3 if smaller. Remove below a leaf node. Take the tip out, remove an inch of leaves off the bottom leaves and insert in a mixture of peat and sand, leave in a sheltered place outside and keep watered. Should root but spring.
