Hi Steve, these flowers don't look like staghorn to me, the staghorn has upright deep purple conical shape flowers. i think i see one in the top picture at the left hand side.

What Hebe is it Louise or is there only 1?

Loads of 'em, Steve !
I'm no help naming it i'm afraid but i 'do' know there are taller types, i've just bought a variegated tall one that has purple flowers.
Hebe salicifolia are the taller types, have a google and see if you can recognise it.
