Dead head. Pick off the faded, spent bloom, ie, the old bud head and the stalk with it. Do them all. Your rose will then make more flowers.

If you go down to the first five-leaflet leaf below the dead flower that is pointing away from the center of the bush, you will get larger blooms than just picking off the dead bloom, and will cause yourself less problems in pruning next winter.
