Would ordinary hanging basket brackets be strong enough for hanging gro bags? I've never used hanging gro bags before. I think the gro bags carry more compost than hanging baskets and I guess they'll be quite heavy so just thought I'd ask?

What quality are the brackets,are they intended fixed to wood,masonry.Some hanging baskets carry quite a weight when fully laden and cheaper versions definetly would not be appropriate.However I would be inclined to use something like stainless gallows right angle brackets with substantial better fixings than a ordinary basket bracket,if you can use rawl bolts if masonry.If in doubt ask a friendly neighbour or local joiner you dont want a accident.
