My strawberrie plants arn't producing flowers or fruit! I had one last year all it's done is shoot out those little runners to produce more plants and they are doing the same. I was told to cut these runners off so then the plants would use thier energy to produce fruit and flowers but all it has done is shot out more runners! I now have 4 plants and 3 runners with the beginnings of plants!
