My Callistemon has been growing well for just over a year but has yet to produce any flowers. It is about 3 feet, has lots of healthy shoots. Why is is not flowering?

You don't say which variety of Callistemon, nor whether its in a pot or in the ground, but the prime requirement for these is plenty of sun, so have you planted it in a very sunny spot? And if in a pot, are you feeding it and if so, with what?
