can you kill a stinging nettle by peeing on it?
You'd actually be feeding it I would have thought.....

If only!! They LOVE nitrogen - and that's what urine contains, as urea.
LOL! Ilex is right, your urine is full of nitrogen, specially first thing in the morning, and that's one of the prime nutrients required by plants. Lovely big nettles you'd have... but I think there's something about peeing on someone who's been stung by a jelly fish taking the pain away, not sure if its true or not.
Take a lot to drown it!
Ilex is right about the nitrogen bamboo it is right about jellyfish the amonia in urine will ease the pain
Wonder if it works when you've been stung by nettles...
"Wonder if it works when you've been stung by nettles..."
Depending on where you've been stung you might have to be a gymnast to find out! :-)
Hee hee, that's true, but there's always the 'catch it in a container' trick - the one I employed for years when I had a compost heap, otherwise I'd have been had up for indecent exposure...
In in a mountaineering days we would stay in bothies there was always a rank growth of nettles and lush grass near the bothy due to people peeing.
oh I'd like to see you try it :)
Don't get your willy stung!
I think I'm right here but old settlements often give away the latrine areas because of the concentration of nettles in the immediate vicinity. Moon Grower of course touched on this already.
Yup you are right Fractal...
How do I say thanks?
