I had cause to move my dwarf magnolia recently .I transplanted it as quickly as possible with plenty feed and a good watering. however, the leaves are turning brown and falling of. Have I killed it or is there any hope it will recover.

Really, really bad time to move this plant, and Magnolias loathe root disturbance. All you can do is keep it well watered and keep your fingers crossed.
