Can someone identify this monster plant growing in my
Wildlife Plot? I have cut it down once, but it has come back again this year...can you tell me if it is a large weed, so that i can get rid of it, or if not, i can leave it growing...

well a weed is a plant in the wrong place . wildlife garden means plants that our native insects and wildlife enjoy and that benefit them . realy if you like it keep it and if you dont like it well id pull or dig it up realy or if you like it keep it . the other factors are will it take over or grow everywear ? do you actualy like it yourself ? do the insects like it ? does it flower ? the list goes on realy . realy firstly sorry i dont know what it is sorry but at the end of the day its your garden and your desishion excuse my spelling . i would find out more just incase it spreads and takes over myself and for peace of mind .

It looks like Tarragon. If it is then you can use it in cooking. Nice chopped finely in Tuna mayonnaise!

....but smell it first if you are familiar with the smell of Tarragon.

Np..This can grow & grow, there is no stopping it once it starts, at first i
let it have its own freewill, thought it may flower, but alas, no flowers..
So i did cut it down, but it has come up again this year, twice as strong..
`I am begining to think it may be Jack`s Beanstalk..LOL I have `Nepeta, that
is close by, so cannot tell if bees & Butterfly`s like it, they are swarmed around `Nepeta...oh! well i do not suppose it can do any harm, after all
like you said, its natural, so it probably belongs there...Thanks for your response...:~ )) By the way `How is your little family coming along? Did you
decide to keep any?

It had grown to about 10ft before i cut it down, the last time..
So, it could grow even taller, a bit like bamboo, could even become evasive
if left.. i do hate cutting anything down..Oh! by the way Fractal i cannot smell
anything at the moment as, i have a stinking cold, plenty of tissues on
stand by..LOL

Hmmmm, it won't be Tarragon then at 10ft !!!

It still looks like it might be some type of Artemesia though. I'm intrigued.
