Anybody out there had problems as above. Read an article in The Scotch Post about lillies causing illness plus possible death to cats eating the leaves. Welcome your comments please.

all parts of lilies are potentially poisonous,as are a lot of other plants we grow in our gardens

There was a case in the news last year about a cat which brushed past lilies in the garden and got the pollen on its coat. When it licked its fur it was poisoned and died.

I do have a cat, and if I cut Lily flowers from the garden, she will not go into the room that they are placed in.
