I have a Clivia that is nine years old but since I moved here nearly 4 years ago, it has not flowered. Last year I re-potted it in the hope that it would flower this year...but no luck. In my previous home It lived in the hall where there was plenty of light but not direct sunlight. I now live in a first floor Flat and keep the plant on a landing halfway up the stairs where it has light but possibly not enough. Any suggestions as to why it has not flowered? I had heard that they don't like to be moved, but to sulk for nearly 4 years.......come on!

i have heard of them sulking for that long before!! I divided one 2 years ago and the offshoot i kept didn't flower till today! i was really surprised as usually it flowers late winter!

Thanks again for your response.
