Hello I have a very tall garden hedge at the bottom of the garden and it is very badly going brown and dead looking there are lots of large cobwebs all over the hedge please could you kindly advise me if anything can be done.Thanking you mara_599@hotmail.com

What kind of hedge is it? Deciduous trees are beginning to lose their leaves now so looking brown is natural. If it is an evergreen hedge then you may have problems. The cobwebs are normal for this time of year.
