COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS A GOOD OR BAD TIME OF THE YEAR (JULY) TO MOVE PLANTS AROUND IN THE GARDEN?

A bad time. They are in full leaf and, according to where you live, the soil is either waterlogged or fairly dry just now. Early autumn or early spring is the best time for most things but without knowing what you want to move, it is difficult to be more precise

You know what happens when you do move them now? The plant will loose too much evaporation through its leaves. You could transplant some now, if you cut off most leaves and some half depending on how big the plant is. That wouldn't look too good now, would it? Trouble is you'd always loose some soil around the roots and that's what they hate, to be uprooted. It will set back the plant enormously. I'd go with Andrewr: wait till late autumn or winter. Plants in pots you can shift around anytime.
