If you are not avoiding garden chemicals...... try the squirty roundup. It foams, so does not travel too much in the air. It seems to work on most weeds after a varying wait time.

Now by Shamrock are you talking about the native Wood Sorrel (Oxalis acetosella) or the unrelated Clovers (Trifolium species). There are a couple of other introduced Oxalis with yellow flowers for instance. Just interested to know...
