Next year sow them under fleece, make a frame to pin fleece to for when they're bigger, this keeps most bugs off. I also put cardboard collars around the base of the plant - which stops the cabbage root fly from getting them!
For now all you can do is maybe try blasting them off with soft soap and water, and keep them well watered - the pests like it dry!
