mushrooms growing in a newly laid lawn

mushrooms started growing after 1 week of putting my new lawn. is this good or bad, do i have to get rid of them and how do i do that. any advice. thank you

No, you can leave them. The spores probably were in the slabs and when you start fertilising your lawn later on the spores will die and you won't get anymore. Mushrooms only last a couple of days. Once your lawn is long enough you'll mow it and those mushies will disappear. You probably watered it a lot, Mushrooms like wet ground.
