It is probably needing some food! If it has rooted right out in the present pot then move it into a bigger one - 3-4 " bigger all round. Use a good mix of loam and compost and soak it well. Give it an occasional feed with a high nitrogen plant food. If it hasn't roted out in the pot then take it out, knock off any old compost and repot with fresh compost. Soak well and feed fortnightly - to see if it regains its health.
