plum tree

plum tree

my plum tree has got all green growing on the bark and on the branches. also the leaves are droopy,it is awell established tree and i normally get a very good harvest of it. the tree doesnt look at all well,wondering if any one would have some advice. would be much appreciated,thank you for reading the question, yours in anticipation buster
