Please could someone ID this pretty little flower? I suspect that it may be an Allium, but I'd like to know its name if possible. It's only about 5" tall max. with a flower head of under 2" across - another flower is on its way, too. Thanks.

it is i wish i had some rather than the yellow 'moly' form. Some are white and come up before the moly.

Not sure either but it looks to me like Allium ostrowskianum....maybe?

I think it's A. ostrowskianum....but where it came from is a mystery!
