I live in West Wales & have built a pond on a hillside, 19m long that means I have about 30-40 feet of steep bank (not more than 10* off vertical), about 4 ft high and will be really difficult to tend. I am looking for shrubs or ground cover that is vigorous, self-maintaining & attractive! Any ideas for plants on a steep bank??? Cheers,
