This question is on Oenitherium?
my neighbours and I frequently get a self seeded plant in our gardens. the flower is identical to an evening primrose, yellow in colour lasting only about a day, but the leaves are similar to a tobacco plant and it grows about 5 feet tall with a hollow stem which which can be over 2 inches thick and woody at the base, it throws off multiple side stems which flower profusely. I have checked my Royal Horticultural Society encyclopedia but there is no description of an Oenitherium of this size.
