Passion flower

Our passion flower has "run" under the fence and is invading next doors cypressus (?Leylandii). Is there anything I can spray it with that will kill the passion flower but not harm the hedge please ??

Or chat to next door as I bet it will look fantastic with a passion flower growing right to the top of one of these.

Personally I'd spray the leylandii and keep the passion flower

Just cut the protruding growth at the main stem and it will die off – problem solved – then retrain it !!
