Should my plants be sprouting by now? I have them in a container and I am concerned there is no growth showing yet. It wasn't too cold of a winter, but very wet.

I would have thought they should be growing quite tall by now.Mine are about 12"
tall ,but are in the ground.I would have a look to see if they have rotted in the wet weather,with being in a container
