I have an acer which is red in spring, green in summer, then back to red in the autumn, can anyone please tell me which variety this is please? also its looking a bit sad, any advice for perking it up?

Could be Acer pseudoplantanus Brilliantissimum but it is more like a shrimp pink in spring.
