I have moved some semi-mature roses, around middle of April, the leaves have gone all soft and droppy. I have fed them and water them, will they pick up , as at the moment I am not very popular with my wife....

April was a bit late to move them I'd say. Keep them very well watered and they might yet pick up.

Thanks - I shall continue to water, I am hoping it is true that it is supposedly difficult to kill a rose.....

I would prune them back a bit too, Microlite, just so the root growth can keep ahead of the dehydration.
