I grew cherry tomatoes in hanging baskets just outside my kitchen door several years ago and very successful it was. Lovely to be able to reach out from the kitchen to add taste and colour to my salads! You will find the plants will hang down naturally with the weight of the growing fruit and, if they are firmly rooted, should have no problems. Enjoy!
