We didnt protect our Dicksonia over the winter and now where the usual fronds are appearing in the crown, it seems to have caramelised. Do you think it has died?

Yes, I'm afraid it probably has. We have lost several Dicksonia in the same way. But if it is a large plant I wouldn't do anything desperate or drastic yet, and just see if there is some new growth from the centre by July. If there's nothing by then, then you will have to replace it.

How do I say thanks?
